By booking a trip with us, you agree to accept these terms. Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"603\">1. Booking &amp; Payment<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"865\">\n<li data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"689\">\n<p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"689\">A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"795\">\n<p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"795\">The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"865\">\n<p data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"865\">Bookings are not considered final until full payment is received.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"903\">2. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1399\">\n<li data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1029\">\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1029\">Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund minus the deposit and administrative fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1134\">\n<p data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1134\">Cancellations made 15\u201329 days before the trip start date: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1218\">\n<p data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1218\">Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date: No refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1399\">\n<p data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1399\">If the Company cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we will offer an alternative trip, rescheduling, or a partial refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1430\">3. Health &amp; Fitness<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1715\">\n<li data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1530\">\n<p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1530\">You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and prepared for your chosen trip.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1610\">\n<p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1610\">Any pre-existing medical condition must be declared at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1715\">\n<p data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1715\">The Company may refuse participation if a traveler\u2019s health poses a risk to themselves or the group.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1746\">4. Travel Insurance<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1977\">\n<li data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1919\">\n<p data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1919\">Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation) is mandatory for all trekking, climbing, and high-altitude activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1977\">\n<p data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1977\">Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2011\">5. Itinerary &amp; Changes<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2263\">\n<li data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2138\">\n<p data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2138\">All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, flight delays, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2263\">\n<p data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2263\">The Company reserves the right to alter or cancel parts of the itinerary in the interest of safety or operational needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2304\">6. Responsibility &amp; Liability<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2768\">\n<li data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2401\">\n<p data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2401\">Nepal Dream Adventure will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2661\">\n<p data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2437\">However, we are not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2661\">\n<li data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2514\">\n<p data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2514\">Natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen events beyond our control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2567\">\n<p data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2567\">Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2570\" data-end=\"2661\">\n<p data-start=\"2572\" data-end=\"2661\">Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, transportation providers, or third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2768\">\n<p data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"2768\">Participation in our trips is at your own risk, and you accept the inherent risks of adventure travel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2775\" data-end=\"2801\">7. Behavior &amp; Conduct<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"3046\">\n<li data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"2899\">\n<p data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2899\">We expect respectful behavior toward local communities, culture, staff, and fellow travelers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2900\" data-end=\"3046\">\n<p data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"3046\">The Company reserves the right to terminate a traveler\u2019s participation without refund if their behavior endangers others or disrupts the trip.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3053\" data-end=\"3085\">8. Passport, Visa &amp; Permits<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3086\" data-end=\"3283\">\n<li data-start=\"3086\" data-end=\"3207\">\n<p data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3207\">Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and permits are valid for the duration of the trip.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3283\">\n<p data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3283\">The Company will assist with trekking and climbing permits as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3290\" data-end=\"3311\">9. Governing Law<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3312\" data-end=\"3453\">These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3488\">10.
