• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid deposit.

• The remaining balance should be paid before the start of the trip (unless otherwise agreed).

• Accurate personal details, including passport information, must be provided for permits and reservations.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund minus administrative fees.

• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip start date: 50% refund of the trip cost.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date: No refund.

• In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, political instability, flight cancellations), we will offer alternatives, rescheduling, or partial refunds where applicable.

3. Health & Safety Policy

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen activity.

• Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.

• Our team reserves the right to alter itineraries or cancel trips in the interest of guest safety.

• Insurance (covering medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation) is mandatory for all high-altitude treks and climbing trips.

4. Responsible Travel Policy

• We follow eco-friendly practices and expect guests to minimize waste, respect nature, and protect cultural heritage.

• Respect for local customs, traditions, and communities is essential during all trips.

• We ensure fair treatment, wages, and working conditions for guides, porters, and support staff.

5. Liability Policy

• Nepal Dream Adventure will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by natural disasters, political unrest, airline issues, or other events beyond our control.

• While we take every precaution for safety, adventure travel involves risk, and participants must accept responsibility for their personal safety.

6. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

• All additional expenses (meals, personal equipment, tips, extra nights, etc.) not included in the package must be borne by the traveler.
