These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Nepal Dream Adventure  and our clients. By booking a trip with us, you agree to accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Bookings are not considered final until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund minus the deposit and administrative fees.

• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip start date: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date: No refund.

• If the Company cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we will offer an alternative trip, rescheduling, or a partial refund.

3. Health & Fitness

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and prepared for your chosen trip.

• Any pre-existing medical condition must be declared at the time of booking.

• The Company may refuse participation if a traveler’s health poses a risk to themselves or the group.

4. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation) is mandatory for all trekking, climbing, and high-altitude activities.

• Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

5. Itinerary & Changes

• All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, flight delays, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

• The Company reserves the right to alter or cancel parts of the itinerary in the interest of safety or operational needs.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• Nepal Dream Adventure will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

• However, we are not liable for:

  • Natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, transportation providers, or third parties.

• Participation in our trips is at your own risk, and you accept the inherent risks of adventure travel.

7. Behavior & Conduct

• We expect respectful behavior toward local communities, culture, staff, and fellow travelers.

• The Company reserves the right to terminate a traveler’s participation without refund if their behavior endangers others or disrupts the trip.

8. Passport, Visa & Permits

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and permits are valid for the duration of the trip.

• The Company will assist with trekking and climbing permits as required.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with Nepal Dream Adventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
